Shipping Process


We are a conscious Portuguese brand. Our products are produced in our in-house studio.
One of our main goals is to avoid waste, which is why we don't carry stock. We only produce what you buy. Please allow between 10 and 20 working days to produce and ship your products.

The process of shipping your order begins once payment has been confirmed.

As soon as the order is shipped, the customer will be notified by e-mail with the assigned shipping number and a link that will allow them to track the order on the carrier's website.

It may take up to 24 hours from receipt of the shipping confirmation for the shipping information to be updated on the carrier's website, without LEA RODRIGUES being in any way responsible.

 

What are the shipping costs?

 

Shipping costs change depending on the delivery area of the order. Customs taxes for shipments outside the European Union are borne by the customer. 

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

 

Delivery times apply after the production period and vary by region:

 

Portugal and Spain: 3-5 working days

Rest of the world: 5-10 working days

 

We do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible. However, please note that these delivery times are estimates, as we cannot guarantee that occasional delays will not occur within the carrier services.
Orders are delivered Monday through Friday (excluding local or national holidays) to the address provided during checkout.

Important Information & Address Changes

 

  • Address Accuracy: Providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in the package being returned to LEA RODRIGUES, leading to additional shipping costs for the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order.

 

  • Billing Info: Once an order is registered, it is not possible to change the billing information provided.

 

  • Address Changes: If you need to change your delivery address, please contact LEA RODRIGUES immediately at hello@learodrigues.com. We can update your information as long as your order has not yet left our HQ. Once your package is shipped, address modifications are no longer possible.
